Which payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with credit and debit cards via PayPal. You may also use your PayPal account funds.
How the plugins are delivered after purchase?
You will get an order confirmation email after purchasing the plugin. The email includes download links to the plugins as well as link to the documentation.
If you lose the email, you can contact us and we will resend it to you.
What is 30 day money back guarantee?
If the plugin does not work for you, we will fully refund your order. We will appreciate if you let us know the issue and we can try to fix it but this is not required for refund.
Can I get EU VAT invoice?
Yes. The company behind WooElements (BitBot Oy) operates in Finland and we can send you EU VAT invoice as long as you have valid EU VAT number.
Licensing, Support and Updates
How long do I receive updates?
All plugins include lifetime updates which means you will receive updates as long as the plugin is actively maintained.
If a plugin is going to be retired, we will let you know beforehand and suggest (usually better) alternative solution. For now all plugins at WooElements are actively maintained and there are no plans for retiring any.
How long am I eligible for support?
All plugins also include lifetime support.
How the plugin is updated?
All plugins support automatic updates. Everytime a new version is published, you will receive a notification to your WordPress admin panel and you can update with one click.
If you prefer to update old school via zip packages, the download link in the order confirmation will always point to the latest version.
What licenses can I purchase?
You can purchase 1, 3 and 5 site licenses. One site means one website where you run the plugin. However, you can also use same license for test and development versions for the same website.
Can I use the same license in development and test sites?
Yes, as long as development and test sites are for the same website.
